AAAD believes that equipping our local youth with the knowledge, skills and abilities will help them to advance. Through education, career preparation and selection and financial literacy our youth participants will be able to shake the generational chains of poverty.  AAAD believes that a sense of community and community involvement is essential to the development of good citizenry and youth participants will engage in several activities throughout the year to give back to the community such as visiting and reading to nursing home residents.  AAAD programming focuses on several main objectives.
